Our policy is that all fees are paid at the time of your consultation.
If this is a problem please speak to your Doctor or our Practice Manager.
Consultation Service Fees (effective 1st January 2012)
Halswellhealth is part of Partnership Health, a Primary Health Organisation, and under this organization we are able to pass on some increased Government subsidy to patients who are enrolled at this Practice.
If you have a Community Services Card (CSC) or a High Use Health Card (HUHC), please let us know, as this may enable us to charge you a lower fee.
The fees stated below are our usual fees. These may vary, e.g. for longer consultation times or other special circumstances. The fees apply to New Zealand citizens and those with permanent residency. Please enquire about our fees if you do not have permanent residency status.

Punch Biopsy: $65.00
Mole Management: A half hour appointment for a full skin inspection imaging/diagnosis of suspicious moles is $160.00. If you only have one mole that is of concern you may book for a 15 minute appointment for a skin check and imaging/diagnosis of one mole for $80.00
IUD (Insert and fit)*: $85.00
Vasectomy*: From $350
Immigration Medical*: From $276
* Prices vary according to age, whether or not you are 'enrolled and funded' and whether you have a CSC or HUHC, as well as the length and complexity of the procedure
